What should I do if I have an accident?
Contact us as soon as possible - you must let us know within 24 hours if you’ve been involved in an accident.
Write down all the details of any third parties, witnesses and police that attend at the scene.
If your rental vehicle isn’t drivable and the police arrange for it to be towed, make sure you get the name and phone number of the tow truck company and (if possible) the registration number of the tow truck.
