Important Information - Sydney Airport Remedial Works

From the 1st of December 2022, all car rental operators are required to vacate the Sydney Domestic Airport P1 car park due to emergency remedial works needed in the car park building. Because of this, all Enterprise, Redspot, Alamo and National rental car customers picking up from the domestic terminal will be required complete paperwork at our Terminal 2 counter as well as collect and return vehicles to our nearby depot at 7 Coleman Street, Mascot, NSW. A courtesy shuttle bus will be provided for both collecting and returning your rental vehicle.



Where do I complete my rental contract?

Make your way to our Terminal 2 counter where our team will complete your contract and organise a shuttle to your vehicle.

Where do I return my car?

7 Coleman Street, Mascot, NSW, 2020

How much additional notice should I give when returning?

We suggest as much time as you can, however a minimum additional 30 mins to allow time for the check-in and our shuttle bus routes.

How far away is the new return location?

Its 1.5km or 5mins drive between the return location and the domestic terminal precinct.

What if I'm departing from the international terminal?

We still have car rental return car parking bays and offices at the International Terminal 1 precinct, and you will continue to return your vehicle here. Note: the international terminal is not walking distance to the domestic terminal.

Why wasn't I told about this at time of collection?

Sydney airport Corporation have only informed all car rental operators about this situation this week and due to the urgency, we've been forced to act quickly. More information can be found on Sydney Airports website.
