As a valued customer, your safety and wellbeing is our top priority. With continued news around Coronavirus(COVID-19), we want to share the steps we are taking to protect customers. 

  • we are carefully monitoring the situation and following guidance from the Australian Government, World Health Organisation and other health authorities.
  • We've always taken seriously the cleanliness of our vehicles. we know this is more important than ever. Aligned with guidance from health authorities, we are implementing additional measures to clean and disinfect vehicles. Local offices are also taking additional measures to clean and disinfect our locations.
  • While we look forward to continuing to serve you during this time, we recognise some travel plans may change. To provide you the flexibility you need, all reservations, even prepared ones, can be canceled without penalty.
  • employees wellbeing is also a top priority. We are encouraging our team members to follow health authority best practicies like frequent hand washing and staying home if they are feeling ill.

WHAT IF I AM IMPACTED BY THE CORONAVIRUS?
If you have already made a booking & are impacted by a quarantine measure or another travel restriction due to the Coronavirus, this booking can be cancelled without penalty.  If you currently have a vehicle, we urge you to contact our customer exerpeince center who will be able to assist you further.  customer.service@ehiglobal.com.au


Cancellations- direct bookings are as per our normal policy. For reservations made through suppliers, customers must contact the supplier direct, we are unable to comment on the rulings of our partners however we will work with them behind the scenes to ensure cancellation fees are not applied on our end.
Early Returns- Early returns will be accepted and direct charges will be refunded for the early return component of the rental. If a voucher has been applied, we are unable to refund and suggest they contact the supplier to discuss their terms

 

WHAT IF IM NOT DIRECTLY IMPACTED BY CORONAVIRUS?

YOu will be able to change or cancel, without fees, any reservations in Australia and New Zealand for rentals until further notice.

I CAN'T GET THROUGH TO THE EXPERIENCE CENTRE?
As a result of the current outbreak, our team are experiencing higher than usual call volumes. To ensure your query gets answered, please email our team. Rest assured they will contact you as soon as possible. You may not hear an answer right away so please be patient (Note: Emailing multiple times for a response may delay our team receiving your initial query).


IS ENTERPRISE TAKING ANY ADDITIONAL PRECAUTIONS TO HELP REDUCE THE SPREAD OF THE CORONAVIRUS?
We are closely monitoring the information shared by the World Health Organization concerning advice on how to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
To help protect our staff and customers we are encouraging regular hand washing, and the use of hand sanitizer, where available. We’ve also continued to enhance the already robust cleaning techniques of our vehicles after each rental. In particular, we are paying special attention to the places people touch such as steering wheels, door handles and other hard surfaces.
